The founder of Bonobos is named Andy Dunn. Dunn founded the company in 2007 with his college friend, Brian Spaly, who is no longer with the company. Bonobos began as an online men's clothing retailer, specializing in well-fitting pants, and has since expanded to offer a full range of men's clothing and accessories. In 2017, Walmart acquired Bonobos for $310 million, and Dunn continued to lead the company as CEO until 2020. Today, Bonobos operates as a subsidiary of Walmart, and Dunn has gone on to launch a new venture capital firm focused on investing in direct-to-consumer businesses.
